1. Program Overview

Elite Minds ("Company") offers various educational programs ("Programs") designed to help students develop skills and achieve their goals. Programs are delivered in a group setting, with specific durations and objectives as outlined in each Program's description.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1. Program tuition fees vary by program and will be clearly stated in each Program's enrollment information.

2.2. Payment plans are available:

• Plan A: Full payment (amount varies by program)
• Plan B: Installment plans (details provided per program)

2.3. A deposit is required to secure enrollment in Programs. The remaining tuition will be charged according to the chosen payment plan.

2.4. For installment plan participants:

• Payments will be automatically processed according to the agreed schedule
• The first installment is due after the second session
• All subsequent payments must be completed regardless of attendance

2.5. Enrollment is subject to availability and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Program Delivery

3.1. Programs vary in duration and frequency of sessions as specified in program materials. 3.2. Sessions are conducted online at scheduled times. 3.3. Students are expected to attend all sessions and participate actively in their enrolled Program. 3.4. Elite Minds reserves the right to modify any curriculum or schedule with advance notice to participants.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1. Participants may be eligible for a refund based on the following conditions:

• If you have paid but have not attended the first session: You are eligible for a 100% refund
• If you have completed less than 50% of your Program: You are eligible for a prorated refund for remaining unused sessions
• If you have completed 50% or more of your Program: You are ineligible for a refund
